We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Simply indicate your preference when initiating your return, and we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.

Exclusions

Final sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
